This Return Policy covers all items purchased directly from Easy Out Bed via easyoutbed.com. It's designed to give you confidence that we stand behind our products with our 10-Year Limited Warranty. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and sanitary conditions, the EZ Out Bed is not eligible for returns, unless the product is damaged upon delivery, is unopened, or there is an error with your order. Please refer to our damaged items section for more information. The warranty for EZ Out Bed will fully cover the bed for the first year for repairs and replacements. Please refer to the 10-Year Limited Warranty Policy for more information.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, as long as you report the issue at time of receipt. If an item is defective, please report the issue to our warranty service.
We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue immediately and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
To report an issue with an item, please contact us directly at info@easyoutbed.com with your order number and detailed description. You may be required to submit photographs of the damaged product and its packaging (the original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable).
Important Note About Freight Forwarders: If you decide to use your own freight forwarder to ship an item or if you export an item outside the United States yourself or through another carrier, then Easy Out Bed will not be responsible for providing any replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items. You should not list Easy Out Bed on any export documentation.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund of any item, you'll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged items (and any other item from that order if they are part of a set), you will also receive a refund for any amount you may have paid through easyoutbed.com to have the item shipped to you. For items that were not damaged and the packing has not been opened, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight); the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after we receive, inspect for damages, and process the eligible item at our warehouse.
Missing Items
If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon upon receipt.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time up until the day the order ships by contacting us directly at info@easyoutbed.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled on the day of shipment as the shipping company may have already picked up the item, but we'll try our best to help.
